A Day at the Sea Life Centre

We were thrilled to help make a wish come true for some of our residents with a visit to the Sea Life Centre in Weymouth.

The day was filled with excitement as everyone explored the underwater world and observed the diverse marine life.

A highlight was meeting the fairy penguins at feeding time — these tiny Australian birds were lively and curious, even enjoying the light rain. Residents also loved the shark tunnel, gliding past silently overhead, and spent time marvelling at seahorses and other fascinating creatures.

The outing concluded with a relaxed lunch at a local pub. Everyone left happy and already looking forward to a spring return to see the newest arrivals in the penguin colonies.
