Aloha Party

We recently celebrated the summer solstice, and earlier this year, we had a discussion about how best to welcome summer to our home.

We unanimously decided on a Hawaiian-themed celebration because, here at Canford Chase, we are one big family, just like they say in Hawaii, where family is called Ohana.

So, we embarked on a virtual trip to Hawaii right in the comfort of our own garden. The incredible companionship team worked their magic and transformed the garden into a tropical Hawaiian oasis for the entire day. Our refreshing drinks were served with a delightful Hawaiian twist, featuring Blue Lagoon, Pina Colada, and St. Clements. Our talented chef prepared mouth-watering fruit platters and delicious cakes inspired by the vibrant Hawaiian theme.

To add even more excitement to the day, we were joined by the talented Paul Spencer, who treated us to musical hits from Blue Hawaii and the Beach Boys. We couldn’t resist singing and dancing along, completely losing ourselves in the lively atmosphere of the afternoon.

It was a truly unforgettable celebration, filled with laughter, music, and the spirit of Ohana. Together, we created cherished memories that will warm our hearts long after the summer solstice has passed.
