Celebrating National Pizza Day

Residents enjoyed a delicious celebration of National Pizza Day, spending the afternoon creating their own tasty pizzas.

The session began by rolling out the dough and spreading it with tomato passata, expertly seasoned by the chefs. Angela and Cynthia then layered on cheese, fresh tomato slices, and a generous helping of chicken and ham, making sure every corner was covered.

The smell as the pizzas baked quickly filled the room, prompting delighted reactions from everyone. Once cooked, residents sampled their creations and shared them with others, commenting on how good they looked, smelled, and tasted. It was a fun, hands-on activity that combined creativity, cooking skills, and, of course, a very tasty treat for all to enjoy.
