Let’s Go To Money World!

Today, we embarked on a lovely trip to Monkey World. Our group of excited ladies couldn’t wait to see all the different monkeys.

We chatted merrily on our way there, and Margaret jokingly remarked that we didn’t need to see monkeys when we had Jess with us. We all had a good laugh at that. When we arrived, Gwen’s happiness was evident as she couldn’t stop smiling. Her laughter was infectious when she saw a monkey swinging from rope to rope. We all joined in, but our appetites had grown, so we took a break for lunch. The wind was a bit strong today, but we enjoyed a cup of tea while having our sandwiches.

As the afternoon grew warmer, we ventured back outside and observed various primates in their natural habitat. They were playful and mischievous, providing ample material for our discussions. We had a wonderful time learning their names.

After having lots of fun going up and down the hills, we had certainly worked up an appetite for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. Some of us even indulged in a comforting hot chocolate to warm ourselves up again.
