Mind, Body, and Soul

Relaxation and wellbeing have been the hot topic of the month. 

Since Christmas, we have been discussing health and adopting healthier habits. So, this week we decided to put our resolutions into action. 

We started with daily puzzles to help keep our minds sharp. Next, we moved on to dexterity – playing new games like Kerplunk. 

Lastly, we all got involved with an exercise class with Six Physio, where we worked on core strength, stretching our muscles, and breathing exercises.
