World Art Day

To celebrate World Art Day we wanted to connect with nature and create our own canvases of the four seasons.

We went out into the garden and basked in the sun while creating the background scenery for our pictures. Using a colour flow chart, we blended various colours together until we achieved the perfect blend. We depicted Winter, Autumn, Spring, and Summer, which sparked lively conversations about our favourite seasons and the different colours we observe during each season.

After finishing the scenery, we selected a variety of buttons to construct our tree. We attached them using PVA glue, and once they dry, we will connect the four canvases to create one large artwork featuring all four seasons.
