Nights: From £21.44 per hour to £24.24 per hour (including enhancements)

**A valid driving license, access to your own vehicle and business insurance is essential for this role**

We are seeking a nurse to join our dedicated clinical team and become an integral part of the clinical decision-making process in our care homes. The position is available to provide support to our homes in The New Forest, Hampshire.

You’ll work with fellow Nurses and Senior Care Leads. Our knowledgeable and accessible Clinical and Quality team experts are on hand, with 24/7 on-call support if you need them. They are regular visitors to our homes offering guidance and support where needed. You’ll build lasting relationships with our residents making a meaningful difference in their health and well-being every day translating our care philosophy of “All About Me” into a reality.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and sound judgment. Excellent communication skills and a positive “can-do” attitude are essential. You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and have a sense of fun.

You should also have experience promoting best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other crucial clinical interventions.
