About the Job

This is a full-time position with a 42.5-hour workweek, and the salary offered will be dependent on experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role within our team, working closely with other tradespersons on projects and maintenance work that vary in value from £500 to £500,000. A wide range of work activities including fire door remedial works, carpentry repairs and refurbishment work on our existing portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be actively involved in on-site carpentry work, contributing your skills to the success of our development and refurbishment projects. We value effective communication and require the ability to read and understand drawings, ensuring seamless collaboration with the rest of the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in refurbishment projects is preferable.
• Hold a recognised accreditation to work on fire doors is also preferable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret drawings are essential for this key role.
• The position requires you to provide your own van/car for travel between various project locations.
