Home Manager
Oversee all activities within a home, making sure the quality of the service and care provided meets our quality standards and those of our external regulators.
Customer Support & Admin
Play an important part in creating a warm, welcoming and friendly environment, not only to the residents, but to their families and friends as well.
Chef
Use your creativity and passion for food to create nutritious, wholesome homemade food and deliver an exceptional dining experience for our residents.
Catering
Support our home chefs to offer a consistent dining experience and help make a meaningful difference to the health and well-being of our residents.
Gardening
Our gardening teams bring expertise and creativity in designing and maintaining gardens that are both calming and revitalising for our residents.
Housekeeping
Provide a safe, clean and well looked after home creating an environment where our residents can feel safe and reassured knowing that they will be taken care of each and every day.
Maintenance
Provide practical help, support, advice and reactive repairs, helping maintain safe, reliable facilities that are essential to our residents’ individual well-being.
Business Support
Our large central support centre in Ringwood, Hampshire, provides invaluable support to our homes, with opportunities in recruitment, IT, HR, Learning & Development, Marketing and more.
