Business Support

Our business support and regional teams allow our care home teams to focus on their roles, while they take care of things behind the scenes.  In these unprecedented times, its been wonderful to see 'One Team' in action as teams from across Colten Care have come together to keep spirits up, supporting each other and keeping smiles on our residents' faces. This short film gives thanks to everyone involved.

Our buying team ensure that our homes and staff have the latest equipment so that our residents feel comfortable and safe.  Our Finance team ensures that we manage our budgets as efficiently as possible and reinvest in the business.  IT helps us to streamline our business processes and improve communications across all our homes.  The HR team supports recruitment, induction, career development, staff benefits and training.  And it’s the marketing team which enables us to promote Colten Care as both the South Coast provider and employer of choice.

It’s the way in which we combine our nursing and care teams together with our business support teams that enables us to deliver excellence in care.
