Castle View Easter Donations Support Local Families

Residents, staff and families at Castle View came together to support the local community this Easter through a collection for the nearby foodbank.
A total of 28 Easter eggs were donated, thanks to the generosity of everyone involved. The contributions will help ensure that children supported by the foodbank receive an Easter treat alongside essential food parcels.
Liz from the Community Foodbank confirmed that, as a result of donations like these, every child on their family list will receive their own Easter egg this year. The items will be distributed to families living within a two-mile radius of the foodbank and Castle View.
Companion Team Leader Hayley said: “It’s been wonderful to see everyone come together to support this initiative. Even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference, and we’re proud to be part of something that brings a little extra joy to local families.”
The collection reflects the strong sense of community at Castle View, with residents and their families playing an active role in supporting others and staying connected to local life.
