1950’s Christmas Room

The grand opening of the 1950’s room was opened by Nina Lines.

Residents at Castle View are being transported back to the 50’s with a Christmas living room full of original items from that era. There they can listen to old LP records, on the record player, read one of our many nostalgic magazines, books or theatre programmes. In the nooks and crannies are various card games to get involved in. For reminiscence there are wonderful post cards and with letters of love and holidays to read.  This will invoke wonderful memories for them to enjoy. The residents and staff wish to thank Angie & Trudy for their thoughtfulness and creations.
