Apple Harvest

Our apple trees have been thriving all year, and now the fruit is finally ready for picking.

Margaret and Betty, with a helping hand from Companion Stephanie, went out to gather the harvest; the basket quickly filled up.

These apples will soon be transformed into delicious chutney, ready to sell at our Christmas Market. The thought of the warm, spiced aroma filling the Baking Club Sessions in the café has everyone excited.

Of course, the residents couldn’t resist sampling a few apples along the way — just to make sure they were as good as they looked! Their verdict? Sweet, crisp, and utterly irresistible. It’s safe to say the chutney will be a real festive treat this year.
