There’s nothing better than a freshly baked piece of banana bread. Which residents enjoyed making in this week’s baking club. They loved weighing all ingredients, mashing, mixing all and preparing the tin for it to go in the oven ready to cook. Once cooked residents liked the lovely aroma, bringing back fond memories of times, they had baked it for their families.
