Celebration of life with Reverend Jan

A quaint gathering of residents assembled with Reverend Jane to hold a celebration of life service in the main lounge at Castle View.

It was a lovely time for peace, reflection and prayers. In addition, poetry was read out to include Christina Rossetti’s ‘Remember and Look Back.’

This famous writer wrote her first couplet at just 5 years old. It was also very apt to include Psalm 23 ‘The Lord is my Shepherd.’  The gathering was extended to include tea and cakes, which allowed residents to socialise, reminisce and share their thoughts and experiences.
