Christmas with the Local Community

15 December 2025

Residents have been enjoying a busy run-up to Christmas, with several visits and outings involving the local community.

Today, we welcomed the Portland Cubs, who visited to sing Christmas carols, followed by hot chocolate topped with cream, marshmallows, and Maltesers.

On Monday, Damer’s First School also joined us to sing festive carols. Betty, Kay, and Jill were invited to Prince of Wales First School to watch the KS2 production of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

The week concluded with a Christmas service led by Mike and Angie Steer. These visits and outings have given residents plenty of opportunities to take part in local celebrations and enjoy time with others in the community.
