End of Season Trips

On Thursday 29^th December two mini-bus trips went out of Castle View.

In the morning, the bus headed to the car park in West Bexington which is down by the sea. It was a dry but windy morning, so the waves were fantastic to watch. We hoped that those who might want to get out of the bus and get some fresh air might be able, however the wind was so strong the name ‘Mary Poppins’ came to mind! In the afternoon, we went in search of Christmas lights as we knew it would not be long before they started to be taken down. Lots of homeowners have fantastic displays (often for charity) but until we got to the very end of our time on the minibus and visited Brewery Square many of them had not been switched on! Unfortunately, the bus was too big to sit on the chair for a photo shoot but if you look closely at the minibus behind the chair you can just spot Vivien waving!
