Festive Fun Despite the Storm: Christmas Market Success!

Despite battling a storm, we successfully held our Christmas Market and raised £210 for the Youth Cancer Trust.

The event featured beautiful handcrafted stalls, which the residents loved as they could purchase Christmas presents for their families. We had a steady flow of people from the community, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. Mince pies and mulled wine were enjoyed by all, adding to the festive spirit. Even Alan joined in for some mulled wine and a mince pie, with a little help from the “naughty elves.”

These mischievous helpers brought plenty of fun and cheer, spreading joy throughout the day. Christmas music played softly in the background, enhancing the festive mood. Despite the challenging weather, the event turned out to be a wonderful celebration for a great cause. It was heartwarming to see everyone come together, making the day truly memorable.
