Memory Lane

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jan Millward, who joined us for a wonderful reminiscing session. 

The conversation took us down memory lane as we talked about the clothes our children wore in years gone by. Jan also touched on the topic of farming in yesteryears, which sparked vivid memories among the residents. 

Everyone enjoyed listening to her stories while sharing their own, recalling the practices, tools, and traditions they remembered from their younger days. 

As stories flowed, the room buzzed with chatter, laughter, and a shared sense of nostalgia. It was heart-warming to see the joy in the residents’ eyes as they relived those moments and connected with one another through storytelling.
