Paws of Joy

Jackie, a member of staff, brought in her two young kittens, Trixie and Dixie, for the residents to cuddle.

This was a great hit and beneficial for pet therapy. Trixie and Dixie spent time with the residents in the lounge before heading off to visit residents in their rooms. Many of the residents reminisced about when they had their own cats.

The presence of the kittens brought joy and comfort to everyone. Residents eagerly awaited their turn to interact with the playful kittens.

Overall, it was a delightful and therapeutic experience for all involved.
