The Green Room Theatre

We ended May on a high note with a wonderful visit from The Green Room Theatre.

As part of our ongoing 80th anniversary VE Day celebrations, we thought it fitting to wrap up the month with a special performance of The Victory.

The show was both entertaining and deeply moving, with residents Jean and Richard sharing how it brought back vivid memories of their own wartime experiences.

Throughout May, we embraced the spirit of the 1940s with a variety of themed activities. Highlights included our lively VE Day Street Party, singing classic wartime songs, and reminiscing about the food and traditions of the time.
