A Taste of Thailand at Court Lodge

We recently enjoyed a wonderful Thai curry evening, lovingly prepared by our talented waitress Kat.

Originally from Thailand, Kat was proud to share a piece of her heritage with us, treating residents and staff to her much-loved green and red Thai curries.

The evening was full of flavour and warmth, with everyone coming together to enjoy the delicious food, share stories, and celebrate the moment. Noodles, crispy prawn crackers, and big smiles were all on the menu.

It was a joyful evening that brought us closer as a community, and we’re so grateful to Kat for bringing a taste of her home to ours.
