Cuppa and a Catch Up

One-to-one time with residents is always a special time. 

The sessions are a great opportunity to get to know each resident individually and make sure they know how much we value them. 

This week, Beryl asked for a simple catch up over a cuppa and we were all too happy to oblige. 

Being able to put a smile on someone’s face and go home knowing that you’ve made their day better is what it’s all about.
