International Nurses Day

International Nurses Day is observed annually on May 12th, coinciding with the birth date of Florence Nightingale, one of the most renowned nurses in history.

At Court Lodge, we made sure to honour our retired nurse residents on this special occasion. Each of them received a heartfelt handmade card of appreciation from one of our resident nurses. Here we have Eileen joyfully receiving her card. To all our nurses, we salute you!
