Terms and Conditions

  • The auction prize: Two weeks respite stay at any Colten Care home, subject to availability.
  • The respite stay must be booked and had before 31/12/25.
  • The respite stay is for a single stay and is for one resident only.
  • Admission is not available on Saturday or Sunday without prior arrangement.
  • Allocated room choice is at the Home Manager’s discretion.
  • Availability is subject to an independent needs assessment carried out by the home. This is free of charge.
  • This prize is non-refundable
