Get Fit Tuesday

As it was ‘Get Fit Tuesday’, we decided to do chair exercise and chair yoga in the lounge. Residents took turns throwing the fitness balls and shaking their arms and legs. We had such an effective morning, it set us all up for the day, as well as help build up our strength and improving our functional wellbeing, and our day to day movements. Residents enjoyed the engagements as did the staff members that joined in, to support some of our residents with their movements! Good job everyone, we look forward to the next session.
