“KNIT and NATTER”

Tuesday afternoon is our knitting club in Hazel home group.

Those who wanted to take part gathered in the lounge, and as you can see we have some very keen knitters and some just as keen learners. Sue was kindly teaching us novices what to do. Our home manager was also keen to join in today, he wanted to know how to do knit as well as he could, as we’re aiming to get as many squares as possible to do a blanket for winter. For some of us was easy peasy, but some of us were struggling. But we will practice practice practice until we get it right, as everyone was looking forward to our next session,  and of course we finished off with a nice cuppa tea and cakes afterwards, as we felt we all earned it !!
