Memorial Rose Bush

Today, we planted a rose bush gifted to us in memory of resident Sarah. 

Sarah’s parents, Sally and Andrew, donated the plant. They’d chosen the rose as a fitting tribute to Sarah’s vibrant spirit and the warmth she brought to Fernhill. 

In the quiet of our garden, a small group of Sarah’s Fernhill friends joined Sarah’s Mum and Dad and gathered around to plant the rose.

When the planting was done, we stood together, joining hands in a circle. We offered a prayer for Sarah and expressed our gratitude for the memories she had given us. 

Now, this beautiful living tribute will be a lasting reminder of her spirit, rooted in the heart of Fernhill.
