Here at Kingfishers our residents have been very enthusiastic and engaging with our exercise classes run by Shelley (Vitality Care Exercise Classes). As we all know, the benefits of having regular exercise is proven to improve immune function. It also helps to lower blood pressure and boost metabolism. Exercise also improve balance and flexibility and also helps to enhance mood and boost self confidence.
