A Glamorous Christmas! 

Today Kingfishers hosted their annual Christmas Gala Lunch in their restaurant.

This event always kicks off the start of our very active festive season at Kingfishers. The catering team decorated all the tables beautifully and table plans were chosen carefully. We started our celebrations with singer Cassie who delighted us with gorgeous, traditional Christmas carols. Cassie even brought musical instruments along which everybody enjoyed playing. It all felt very festive and our residents had a wonderful time singing along. Sue and Joan even got up and danced. After the concert our residents enjoyed a delicious 3 course Christmas Gala lunch prepared by our Chefs James and Costa followed by mince pies and coffee. Our Home Care Manager Zoe Mills thanked all the staff for their tremendous effort making it all happen. Crackers were pulled, everybody was chatting and laughing and we listened to Christmas music in the background. Everybody had a marvellous time. Roll on Christmas Day!
