A Taste of Southeast Asia

Companion team leader Rose and housekeeper Raul from the Philippines teamed up to make banana spring rolls for our residents during our culinary session.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the banana spring rolls. The crispy exterior paired perfectly with the warm, sweet banana filling, creating a delightful treat that was a hit with all participants.

The combination of flavours and textures made it a memorable highlight of the event. Resident June commented, “A taste of Southeast Asia, totally delicious.”
