Apricot Jam

The Kingfisher’s garden has been absolutely stunning this year, helped by the lovely summer we have been enjoying!

As well as the florals (enjoyed greatly by residents on their daily walks), we have also had lots of fruit and vegetable produce too; our apricot tree has been the star of the show. The residents have been astounded by the wonderful crop that it has produced.

We put them to good use this week when we made apricot jam, which we intend to put up for sale with all proceeds going to our chosen charities.
