Beaulieu Abbey

Norma, Sue, and Susan enjoyed a wonderful visit to the historic Beaulieu Abbey this afternoon.
The ladies had a fantastic time exploring the ancient monastery and learning about the fascinating events that have taken place there over the centuries.
We took in the scenic gardens surrounding the Abbey, admiring the beautiful flowers and soaking up the sunshine. The group then made their way to the Palace House, where they were captivated by the breath-taking artwork adorning the walls. As they explored each room, they discovered fascinating historical facts and viewed original items of clothing once worn by former residents of the house.
A charming highlight of the day came when a ladybird gently landed on Norma’s knee — much to her delight!
Sue shared her gratitude, saying, “I had such a wonderful first minibus trip — you chose a great day for it too!”
