Colten Produce Show

Kingfishers hosted the Colten Care Seasons Produce Show, where we were joined by our sister homes in the New Forest.

The theme of all entries was ‘Coronation’. Everybody worked so hard and produced some beautiful and very creative arrangements. Our flower club at Kingfishers created a beautiful summer arrangement in a golden crown planter with sweet peas, sweet William, and some gorgeous foliage.

Residents at Linden House created a massive flower crown out of fabric petals in the colours of the Union Jack. Court Lodge created theirs out of pebbles and Belmore Lodge created a rectangular flower arrangement.

The imagination was endless. All entries were greatly admired by all, and our guests had a wonderful time in and around the garden of Kingfishers enjoying delicious cakes and tea.
