Florence’s birthday

Today we celebrated Florence’s 92nd birthday.

Companion Christina decorated the birthday table in our Beaulieu lounge with heart shaped tea lights and birthday banners. Florence had 11 guests. The atmosphere in the lounge was wonderful and Florence said that she was overwhelmed with happiness. She said: ‘I am so happy I could cry. Thank you all for being here’. Chef Costa baked a delicious birthday cake which was enjoyed by everybody.  We listened to some lovely music and all sang along. Happy birthday dear Florence. Here is to another wonderful year at Kingfishers.
