Making Shortbread Biscuits

The residents and made shortbread biscuits with the Companionship Team .

We got the biscuit dough to roll out and the residents decided on the size of biscuit, we then cut out 32. The trick is to put the dough in the freezer for 20mins! Together we discussed our next bake which will be a carrot cake.

The residents sampled the biscuits, a brilliant afternoon by all.
