Surprise Flower Delivery

Today, we were pleasantly surprised by a special delivery from Rula, a kind-hearted lady from M&S New Milton.

Rula brought over 10 beautiful bouquets of flowers to our care home, spreading joy and happiness on National Act of Kindness Day.

Companion Christina took charge of preparing the flowers, with some assistance from residents Jack, Sue, and Gill, arranging them into lovely vases.

Together, they then delivered 13 flower vases to residents in their rooms.

The reaction was priceless, with everyone delighted and filled with happiness by this wonderful flower surprise.
