Zumba Class

Hosting a Zumba class!

Alek, our fantastic instructor, introduced us to seated Zumba. Both staff and residents joined in on the fun: dressed in vibrant 80s-themed outfits complete with colourful headbands and wristbands. The energy was high, and everyone felt the lively vibe of the session. It was a great experience that brought joy and movement to all!
