A spectacular view shared with friends

Minibus Trip AM 22 Nov (002)

This morning although the weather was bright but chilly, we boarded the minibus and by popular demand set off for a forest drive. On route we witnessed spectacular views across open heathland where cattle and ponies grazed. After stopping for morning coffee at Bolton’s Bench described as, the timeless gateway to the New Forest and commemorates the 18th century New Forest Keeper, the Duke of Bolton, we continued along forest roads witnessing the changing colours of the leaves. A beautiful sight with the sun’s rays breaking through the trees. Everyone agreed that with the views and company of good friends it had been a morning to remember.
