A Fond Farewell

This week, we said goodbye to Lorraine, who has been our dedicated Home Manager for the past six years. 

Lorraine is looking forward to her exciting new post as Home Manager in one of our sister homes, Fernhill – which is another Dedicated Dementia Home in Ferndown.

Here at Linden House, we are one big happy family; although we are so happy for Lorraine, we are all deeply sorry to see her leave. She will be missed by all those that she has touched with her kindness, compassion, and professionalism.

Throughout the morning, Lorraine was presented with cards, cake and gifts, which included a lovely ceramic pot and plant that she can add to her garden. We hope she will remember the many friends she made at Linden House whenever she looks at it.

We all wish her all the best in her new role, and are excited for our new Manager, Priya Joseph, to join us in October.
