Biodanza’s Return

This morning, we were treated to another session of Biodanza with Malcom. 

After gentle chair dancing to ‘Initiation’ by Andre Rieu, we quickly moved on to using drumsticks as batons to conduct the orchestras playing the next songs. 

The tempo slowly picked up to big band music which was fast and energetic; we used shakers and tambourines and stomped our feet in time. 

The last piece of music was ‘Sister Rose,’ enabling us to slow down and move rhythmically in time to the music. All too soon, it was time for lunch; Malcom left with a promise to return soon.
