Carols by Candlelight

With the lights from the Christmas tree and hundreds of flickering tea lights the Malt Hall was transferred into fairy land, ready for Carol’s by Candlelight.

As residents and their families entered the hall and took their seats, the atmosphere was magical and filled with anticipation. Carols by Candlelight started at 6pm with Kevin playing keyboard, accompanied by Fiona playing the French horn.  There were several traditional carols and festive songs sung, interspersed with readings and prayers, ending the evening with mulled wine, mince pies, conversation, friendships renewed, and new ones formed.
