Cooking Up a Tasty Treat

It was a cold and overcast morning, so instead of taking a walk around the garden, a group of friends met in St Thomas lounge for an impromptu baking club.

Something chocolatey was the order of the day, so what better way to spend a Saturday morning than to make chocolate fudge? There was much laughter and a lot of discussion while the ingredients were gathered.

From breaking the biscuits with a rolling pin to mixing all the ingredients together and placing them in the baking tin, memories were rekindled, and most importantly, everyone had fun.
