Exercising into the New Year

Our residents have enjoyed a full body work out to kick start the new year.

Starting with a warm-up, followed by stretching out our muscles to help keep movement in our arms, torso, hips, legs, and feet. Using bands, weights, and balls to help with resistance and to help our everyday activities. Everyone had a great time – and we are looking forward to keeping active and doing it all again!
