How’s Your General Knowledge? 24th

Our First Pub Quiz.

Residents joined their friends for a general knowledge pub quiz organising themselves into two teams. A group of ladies decided to call themselves the ” The No Hopers”, whilst the other team an equal mix of male and female participants decided to call themselves ” The Tipsy Tuesdays”.

As the evening progressed, the teams became very competitive, there were lots of laughs, conferring, a few wrong answers and many correct answers, but there was also a lot of fun and banter.

Did you know that Lady Jane Grey was Queen of England for only nine days or that there is a village in Norfolk called Great Snoring? Well, members of both teams were able to answer these questions and many more. At the end of the evening, The No Hopers were delighted to score 28 points whilst, The Tipsy Tuesdays scored 26 points.
