Our First Warm Welcome Host

Over the last few weeks Trish has been meeting and greeting everyone who enters Linden House via the front door.

She always has a smile on her face, a cheerful greeting and has a short conversation with each making them feel special and valued.

Today Trish was presented with her Warm Welcome Host badge by Home Manager Lorraine, who was accompanied by Senior Administrator Hayley. Trish was surprised but delighted with her badge and wears it with pride.
