Stewarts Garden Centre

As the leaves start to turn, with a hint of autumn in the air, what better time to take an outing on the minibus to visit Stewarts Garden Centre in Christchurch.

With jokes and songs on the way, the residents chatted as everyone embraced the unfolding adventure.

As soon as we arrived, residents stopped to admire carp and goldfish  in the pond outside, then into the centre to enjoy the colourful  plants, pots, tools, and displays hinting at a change to the seasons.

Soon, it was time to head to the bustling in-store café to enjoy teas, coffee, and – more importantly – delicious cake!
