Newstone House Celebrates Top 20 Regional Award and 10/10 Review Score

At Newstone House in Sturminster Newton, we are proud to share in Colten Care’s celebration of ten consecutive years being recognised among the Top 20 large care home groups in the UK.

Thanks to thousands of independent reviews from residents, families, and friends, our group rating remains an exceptional 9.9 out of 10 — and Newstone House itself has achieved not one, but two outstanding recognitions:

• A Top 20 Carehome.co.uk Regional Award for Dorset

• A perfect 10/10 review score from independent reviewers.

This achievement reflects the dedication, expertise, and compassionate care delivered every day by our nursing and care teams at Newstone House.

Colten Care operates 21 care homes across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex, with seven rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the rest rated Good.

Alongside Newstone House, other Dorset homes achieving a perfect 10/10 are Bourne View in Poole, Avon Cliff in Bournemouth, and Amberwood House in Ferndown.
