An Afternoon Baking Bread

Ian, Tony, Nora, and Katherine spent this afternoon crafting a delicious sun-dried tomato and cheese bread.
The true debate was whether the greater joy came from making the bread or sampling it afterward. Fresh from the oven, the loaf was enjoyed with a glass of wine, creamy brie, and a handful of grapes, turning the experience into a mini feast.
It’s safe to say the bread was a resounding success — so much so, we will continue baking bread throughout the week, trying new flavours.
