Baking Club Makes Cupcakes

For our Baking Club this month we decided to bake some cupcakes.

Although the recipe sounds quick and easy, cracking the eggs and mixing them with the butter and sugar was a challenge. Luckily for us, Edna is an expert at cracking eggs, all she asked for was a butter knife and she was off!

We all had a good go at mixing the batter, before pouring it into the cupcake tray. The cupcakes turned out beautifully baked, and they went down a treat with a hot cup of tea!
